Canon's PowerShot A2400 IS Digital Camera is a 16Mp point-and-shoot with the company's impressive DIGIC 4 Image Processor for exceptional images. In addition to capturing high-quality stills, the A2400 also records 720p HD video and it features a dedicated movie button for quick, uncomplicated recording. And in the name of simplicity, the camera also has Canon's Smart AUTO functionality, which automatically selects the camera settings based on 32 predefined shooting situations.
The 28mm wide-angle lens boasts optical image stabilization and 5x optical zoom. Intelligent IS automatically chooses from six different modes to optimize image stabilization, while the Help Button provides you with simple explanations and easy control of settings. Scene modes also come in handy for fun and creative effects like Super Vivid and Miniature Effect.
