The PC-7D-UP2 Photo Clam Mounting Plate for Canon 7D from Photo Clam is specifically designed for Canon 7D cameras. Simply attach the camera directly to the dovetail plate, which is compatible with Arca-style quick-release clamps.
Machined from aircraft-grade 6061 T6 aluminum, the PC-7D-UP2 plate features a stainless steel screw. The plate has a lip that keeps the attached 7D from twisting. Holes at either end of the plate surface accept the attachment of a camera strap.
