International Orders*The NY-7000 Surf Housing With Pistol Grip For Nikon D7000 from Aqua Tech is a durable, lightweight polyurethane underwater housing for use with the Nikon D7000 camera. It features a depth rating of 33' (10 m), and its ergonomic design hugs the camera close and gives the housing a similar feel to that of the camera itself, for comfort and ease of use. The tactile controls are constructed from stainless steel and anodized aluminum for durability and longevity. Conveniently located at your fingertips, they are easily accessible.
You'll find that installing your camera and the pistol grip is a quick, easy and painless process--providing you with a fast and reliable shutter release in-hand, without having to let go of the housing and move one of your hands to the shutter button on top.
An interchangeable port system with a myriad of compatible ports enables you to use a variety of different lenses, including fisheye and telephoto zooms. Such compatibility makes the housing great for surface photography, compared to housings engineered more for diving, which may allow for wide-angle and macro lenses exclusively.
The housing features five 316-grade stainless steel screws and helicoil inserts. The optional removable Pistol Grip 1206 (not included) is highly sensitive and direct, making it a great add-on accessory to help ensure that you don't miss any great shots. The grip's been redesigned and is now lighter and more ergonomic. Another useful optional accessory is the Pole Shutter Release (not included).
Note! Various lenses require a particular lens port
