The Sony 3-Year Extended Warranty for 9” LMD Monitor provides basic protection by extending the standard Sony Limited Product Warranty for an additional term from the date of product purchase. The length of warranty extension varies according to the specific agreement purchased. This extended warranty covers all parts and labor for defects in materials and workmanship, including premature electrical / electronic and mechanical failure, and is subject to all the terms, conditions, and limitations of Sony's standard Limited Product Warranties.

With a range of programs that includes DepotPLUS, OnsitePLUS, Onsite24, Advance Exchange, and customized solutions, Sony has a program to suit all your service and support needs.
On-Time Support Advanced Loaner Program (OTS)
Sony's OTS program entitles customers to the use of a loaner unit of comparable function while their equipment is being repaired by Sony. All shipping costs for the covered product and loaner unit are included. OTS coverage also includes toll-free phone support and technical assistance from date of purchase throughout the OTS term.

Sony Professional Services offers 2 types of support programs to fit your needs: Onsite programs for customers who need full support
MAX (Module Advance eXchange) program for customers with staff engineers onsite.
