The Cambo CS-PA1 HDSLR Support Rig for Panasonic AG-AF101 is dedicated to and built for the Panasonic AG-AF101 videocamera. This support rig consists of CS-P1 Adjustable Ergonomic Shoulder Pad, CS-M3 Dual DV Camera / Tripod Mount, CS-152 Dual Parallel Rod Clamp, CS-1538 380mm Iris Rod, and CS-H2 Telescopic Grip Handle.
The CS-P1 Adjustable Ergonomic Shoulder Pad is fabricated from high-grade aluminum with an anodized black finish. The CS-152 and CS-153 rod clamps can be connected to the shoulder bracket. Rounding of the shoulder pad can be set to the user’s desire. The CS-P1 support rig uses the Kata GSS-DH shoulder pad. This pad has an ergonomic shape; there is a difference in the thickness of the pad that meets shoulder variation.
The CS-M3 Dual DV Style Camera / Tripod Mount consists of a top / bottom plate. The CS-152 15mm Dual Parallel Rod Clamp is based on the lightweight cinema standard, and the rods are 60mm apart and symmetrical to the optical axis. The clamp is fabricated from precision-milled high-grade aluminum with a black anodized finish. The front-end of this clamp features a mount for the CS-M1 or CS-M2 mount units. This mounting system allows the adjustment of the distance between the optical centre of the lens and the rods.
The CS-1538 380mm Iris Rod is a precision iris rod with memory slot. This CS-15 series iris rod is fabricated from high-grade precision aluminum with a hardened PTFE anodized black finish. The PTFE finish reduces the wear and improves adjustment settings. The iris rod features a 3/8” female thread on both ends. In combination with the CS-155 rod, this rod can be extended in length. The memory slot can be used to indicate the user preset rotation angle of the CS-151 clamp. This reduces the setup time of the rig.
The CS-H2 Telescopic Grip Handle is fabricated from high-grade aluminum with an anodized black finish. It features a telescopic mechanism; the length of the handle can be adjusted on the fly with a simple twist movement. The handle can rotate 360° and swivel 30°. This way the handle can be set to the most comfortable use position.
