The BIG BANG Universal Drums Virtual Instrument by SONiVOX features a deeply sampled custom-made SJC drum kit. With 20 velocity layers and 6 round robins per drum, your tracks will never sound stale or phony. BIG BANG Universal Drums also includes 2 mic placement settings, so you can mix for a tight dry sound or a roomy rock sound.

Intelligent Rhythm Control, or IRC, is the software's most exciting feature. When engaged, IRC serves as automatic groove quantization. It means that you'll always play in time with great feel, no editing required. Simply set the IRC controls to your liking and it will take care of the rest.

Per drum synth parameters, tempo-sync'd delay, and 4-band EQ allow you to customize the drum kit's sound to each instance you use it. The 6 channel mixer allows you to individually level the kick, snare, hi-hat, toms, and cymbals. Additionally, there are 8 user-assignable outputs that drums can be individually routed or grouped to for bussing into your DAW. 8 effects busses provide variation options in your drum-to-drum sound.

In addition to a customizable drum kit and I.R.C. technology, BIG BANG is also compatible with any kind of MIDI controller via "MIDI Learn" functionality. Electronic drum kits, MPCs, pad controllers, and keyboards are all instantly sync-able.
