This 500mm f/8.0 Preset Telephoto T-mount Lens from Samyang is a capable, budget-friendly T-mount lens for anyone shooting subjects at long distance, including sports and wildlife photographers. It's a solidly built, easy to use telephoto lens that will focus as close as 33' (10m). The aperture range is f/8.0 to f/32.0 for flexibility in varied lighting conditions and with fully multi-coated, low-dispersion optical glass you can expect sharp, high-contrast images. Camera functions such as TTL metering, aperture priority and automatic and manual metering are retained with this lens.
This manual focus lens has an aluminum alloy body with Diamond Black finish and a 67mm front filter thread. A rotatable tripod mount is attached to the lens to provide balance and smooth action when shooting in a vertical position. A T-ring adapter (available separately) is required to mount this lens to a camera body. With the T-mount adapter, this lens will work with Canon, Nikon, Minolta, Pentax, Olympus, Contax, Fujica and Konica cameras.
