By adding the plug-on transmitter, the B&H Kit provides the ability to use a conventionally cabled (XLR) wired microphone along with the ME4 wireless lavalier microphone already included in the ew 122-p G3 system. Phantom power is available for use with condenser microphones, and the entire bundle functions in the 516 to 558MHz frequency range.
