The M3 Quick Release Cable with 10-pin Hirose Mixer End from Peter Engh is a breakaway cable for connecting 10-pin Hirose equipped field mixers to a video camera. The camera end of the cable features a 7-pin Neutrik XLR male plug that, with the appropriate adapter set, connects to the audio inputs of the camera.

Compatible field mixers include offerings from Audio Development, Cooper Sound Systems, Film Tech, the PSC AlphaMix, SQN Electronics SQN4S-II/III, and the Sound Devices 442.
