This B&H Kit features a Synology DiskStation DS1512+ 5 Bay NAS Server. The DiskStation DS1512+ offers a high performance, scalable and full-featured network attached storage solution. It is designed for small and medium sized businesses that require an efficient way to centralize data protection, simplify data management and rapidly scale storage capacity. The 5 Bay NAS Server requires minimal time for set up and is quite easy to manage.

Also included in this kit are five Hitachi 4TB Deskstar 3.5" SATA III Internal Hard Drives. The Hitachi Deskstar is a high-capacity internal hard drive. It's designed for use in power-friendly consumer and commercial desktop computers, and is great for personal storage and PC gaming. A disk speed of 7200rpm provides fast data access. The drive leverages power management technology and power-saving HiVERT innovations, pioneered on Hitachi's popular 3.5" line of video editing arrays--delivering some of the best-in-class power management and thermal emissions.
