Zacuto Recoil Lite Rig for C300/Scarlet/Epic Cameras

Zacuto's Recoil Lite Rig for C300/Scarlet/Epic Cameras is a lightweight, stripped-down rig for the Canon C300, Red Scarlet and Red Epic cameras. Using a Gorilla Baseplate, the Recoil Lite allows the camera to sit directly on your shoulder, eliminating the need for counterbalance weights. The baseplate has 15mm rod holes in the front that allow you to mount a follow focus, lens support or other accessories. It is not compatible with a matte box unless you have a height-adjustable matte box.

The Recoil Lite also includes the Zacuto Q-Release and Shoulder Pad, which allows you to mount the shoulder pad directly under the camera, and to quickly release the shoulder pad and attach the rig to a tripod. An EVF is required when using the Recoil Lite. This extremely versatile kit is ideal for fast-moving, all-day shoots where weight and flexibility are paramount.

* NOTE: The screw hole pattern on the Gorilla Baseplate is 1/4"-20, 1/4"-20, 3/8"-16, 3/8"-16. The first 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 screw holes are for mounting the C300. The last 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 screw holes are for mounting the Epic or Scarlet. The plate will ship with one 1/4"-20 screw and one 3/8"-16 screw.
