The OTS-32D 60Hz Thermal Imaging Monocular Kit from ATN combines compact and durable utility of the classic OTS-30 thermal monocular with the accessories needed to create a head, helmet, or weapon-mounted tactical system. When first responders, tactical professionals, and security specialists need to see in complete darkness, the cost-effective OTS series is the monocular they turn to. This latest advance from ATN packages superior imaging performance in a comfortable and rugged monocular that is useful for border patrol, perimeter security, and surveillance. Whether the conditions include no light, harsh weather conditions, or battlefield obstructions, this advanced optical instrument is engineered to deliver crisp color images with high contrast.

The core of the OTS-32D includes a 320x240 uncooled microbolometer detector. This thermal sensor boasts a 7-14µm spectral response that penetrates smoke, smog, dust, and water vapor to deliver precise readings of thermal radiation. This configuration of the OTS series features a 60Hz refresh rate for enhanced imaging. The refresh rate specifies the number of frames per second that the operator will see. With a 60Hz rate, operators can observe moving targets in real-time, essential for long-range ballistic calculations by spotters and high-speed intelligence gathering on surveillance missions.

The OTS-32D kit includes a full complement of tactical accessories, turning a handheld monocular into a formidable thermal imaging system ready for hands-free head/helmet mounting and rail mounting on a rifle.

Dedicated polarity and zoom buttons enable quick and intuitive control of the OTS-32D system functions. The 11x8 degree viewing angle and electronic zoom settings make this unit well-suited for short and mid-range engagements. Survey the entire field with increased situational awareness, then zoom in for enhanced detection and recognition. Using the analog video output, operators can monitor and record image in real-time. The unit runs on two CR123 batteries and will provide up to four hours of continuous operation at room temperature. A Mil-Spec housing, color display, and momentary scene recalibration switch make the OTS-32D a full-featured thermal monocular for professional applications.
