The Photek P-6000-10 Black PeoplePopper is the ideal solution for photographers who need a complete background system that sets up in seconds, stores in a bag, and is lightweight.
Colors depicted may vary slightly, due to differences in computer monitors, printed media, and variances in manufacturer's dyes or paints.
- Backgrounds open to a generous 6 x 7' (1.8 x 2.1 m), enough to photograph 1 - 2 people.
- The specially dyed nylon velour fabric is wrinkle resistant.
- One side has been carefully airbrushed in an Old Masters design. The reverse side is a solid color and can be used for a multitude of photographic purposes.
- In addition to the background, the complete PeoplePopper package includes one heavy duty support stand that expands from 30" (76 cm) to 7.5' (2.3 m), two crossbars for the top and bottom sewn-in loops, crossbars that expand from 30" (76cm) to 6' (1.8 m), and a carry case.
- Choose from any of eleven vibrant colors: Stormy Gray, Pearl Gray, Rembrandt Brown, Earth Tones, Medium Blue, Pastel Blue, Royal Burgundy, Beige Pastel, Gray Mirage, Blackest Black (non airbrushed) and Photo White (non airbrushed).

Delivers exactly what it claims. Great background for shooting portraits. It wasn't clear from the written description but the product comes with a stand. Very portable. The fabric does come out of the bag very wrinkled but the wrinkles work themselves out within 30 minutes of being set up on the stand.
Used the product to take some great headshots for a fraction of what they would have cost to have them professionally done.
I would recommend going with a 10 x 12 size in the future as that would give you more flexibility - but that was my error in judgment.

This is a great product to use on location. Easy to set up and the results of my portraits look very pleasing and professional. The only thing I would change is having the length longer than 7 feet. It would be more useful if it was 9 or 10 feet long.

I am an "on location" portrait and wedding photographer, but every once in a while, we can't do a shoot outdoor or the local high school seniors need one shot for the yearbook. So, I got this. It is VERY portable, which is nice since I do not leave it set up, but when set up, it is a little flimsy. If you want a fan going (in my case, to keep people from sweating in the summer since we don't have A/C), be sure to have the background up against a wall... or else, it will move. :-) It does work well for a solid stunning black background.
