The 61323 Contact Wall Station Advance Mark 10 Dimmer (3-Wire) is standalone station that combines local wall box dimming controls with an integral occupancy sensing system that fits your energy conservation needs.
Via an intelligent Contact Wall Station sensor that feature multiple detection technology, the dimmer is capable of sensing between human occupancy/vacancy and the movement of air, plants, curtains, and other inanimate objects.
This extremely accurate technology, combined with the intelligence to learn and adjust to your uses of the space, will not only save energy by turning on the lights only when you need them, but will also minimize your inconvenience by not turning them off at the wrong time.
The Dimmer is a designer-style, multiple sensing technology wall-mounted device. The unit has an automatic shut-off feature and provides multi-location on/off (3-way) control when used with a Dimmer Channel Remote.
This Dimmer will function well for most applications using the factory default settings straight out of the box. All settings are held in its non-volatile memory, which will retain the settings for years after power is removed.
The Contact Wall Station Dimmer has several selectable audible alert signals. These tones alert you when the unit is going to turn off the lights when it detects vacancy and is near its programmed time-off delay setting.
