The Fantasea Line PinkEye Filter for G Series Underwater Housing is a pink color correction filter designed specifically for underwater photography use. This filter is compatible with the underwater housings for Canon PowerShot G10 and G11/G12 digital cameras. The filter fits directly over the lens port of the housing, or can be installed over compatible lens accessories. Its design allows for removal and attachment during the dive.
A pink color correction filter counters the overwhelming green color cast that is caused by water, which can lessen the vibrancy of underwater subjects. A pink filter mimics the use of artificial lighting and helps to balance colors to their natural appearance. This filter is ideal for use in shallow waters when not combined with any external light source.
