The Panasonic WJ-NV200VK Network Disk Recorder with DVD Drive is designed for use within a surveillance system, and record images / audio from up to 16 network cameras on its hard disk drive.
This network disk recorder supports the full HD output (HDMI) and thus helps in displaying recorded and live images from the cameras in high definition. This network recorder allows you to operate the cameras from a distance, display images from multiple cameras, or switch cameras from which images are to be displayed.
- High-definition image monitoring is available
- Images from up to 16 cameras with the image capture size of full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) can be saved as video data. Live images from up to 16 cameras with the image capture size of SXVGA (1280 x 960 pixels) can be displayed simultaneously. In addition, this recorder supports the H.264 video compression format, with the help of which recording at a high frame rate for a long time can be achieved.
- Quick setup and operations
- By connecting the mouse (included) to this recorder, quick operations are possible while viewing a monitor. By using "Easy Start," the network cameras are automatically recognized without a PC. Setup is available by following the guidance. Quick search is also available using a calendar or timeline.
- Real-time face matching function
- By matching registered face images with a face displayed on live images in real time and by notifying the matching result, it will be possible to check guests or discover suspicious people, thus helping in crime prevention.
- SDHC / SD memory card slot equipped
- It is possible to save images recorded from cameras on an SDHC / SD memory card. Images copied on the SDHC / SD memory card can be played back, printed, or saved using the dedicated viewer software
