- NEO remote management provides intelligent, proactive administration and monitoring of the tape library, tape drives and media. It ensures seamless backup and archive process. This features a 10/100-BaseT Ethernet connection. Remote management enables remote configuration activities and provides tape drive and tape cartridge status information. It alerts you via email or SNMP traps to unusual/suspicious activities that may affect the backup/archive process. Also enables remote firmware upgrades and provides remote diagnostics capabilities.
