The ZeeVee ZvBox 170 Combo HD MPEG2 Encoder / QAM Modulator lets you distribute any VGA or Component input signal, such as a computer or digital signage player signal, to an unlimited amount of HDTVs in a location by simply connecting to existing coax cabling, as opposed to setting up a receiver for each TV. Connecting to existing coax cabling means connecting to the TV linked to that cable, so for every additional TV, you would just need to split your coax output by means of a splitter. ZvBox upscales the input signal to up to 720p HD and employs QAM RF modulation -- turning an AV source into a digital TV channel -- to support HD. Most off-the-shelf TVs come equipped with a QAM tuner to support HD.

The chassis is fan-cooled and made of steel and can be rack mounted with included rack mount set. Some ideal locations for using ZvBox are sports bars, corporate offices, commercial spaces and large homes.
