The iDC Photo Video SYSTEM ZERO Camera Plate is a dedicated camera plate for the Nikon D800 Camera with customized pin registration and contoured shape for an appropriate fit. It comes with an HDMI Cable Stabilizer to lock an HDMI cable into the mini-HDMI port on the camera.
The camera plate allows you to mount a SYSTEM ZERO Follow Focus onto a Nikon D800 Camera. This SYSTEM ZERO Camera Plate can also be used with SYSTEM ONE and SYSTEM ROD Camera Adapters to provide cross-platform compatibility. This camera plate features mounting points for the SYSTEM ZERO Viewfinder V1 (sold separately).
The SYSTEM ZERO Camera Plate for the Nikon D800 features mount points for the iDC HDMI Cable Stabilizer. The included stabilizer attaches to the SYSTEM ZERO Camera Plate and locks an HDMI cable into the mini-HDMI port on your camera, preventing your HDMI cable from being loosened or accidentally pulled out. Also, the HDMI Cable Stabilizer provides impact damage protection to the camera's mini-HDMI port from regular handling.
Note! The HDMI Cable Stabilizer is not compatible with the Zacuto Right Angle Mini to Standard HDMI Cable (SKU Z-RHDMI). Also, while the HDMI Cable Stabilizer is compatible with the Nikon D800, it will cover the headphone jack on the camera, making it unusable while the HDMI Cable Stabilizer is attached. The HDMI Stabilizer is not intended to provide protection to your camera if it is dropped.
