The Nikon COOLPIX S01 Digital Camera (Silver) is more than your typical compact point-and-shoot; it's a convenient pocket cam that anyone can master. For example, the S01's 2.5" touch screen features 4 large icon-based touch buttons that easily guide you to all the camera's menu options for still and video capture, playback, and in-camera editing and creative functions.
Albeit simple, the camera is also a decent image maker with 10.1MP of resolution, a NIKKOR lens (29-87mm 35mm equivalent), 3x optical zoom, and a built-in flash. This means you can capture detailed subjects near and far, and shoot at night or in low-light with confidence. The S01 also records 720p HD video. No matter how you choose to record your memories, however, the camera stores it all to its built-in 7.3GB memory.
