The Datavideo SE-600 Switcher Studio Kit
includes the SE-600 standard definition video switcher, a 17" desktop monitor, a hard drive recorder, the ITC-100 Intercom & Tally System, and four headsets, belt packs and tally light. The SE-600 features six composite video inputs, two DVI computer inputs, two XLR audio inputs and a built-in audio mixer. The kit also includes the RKM-2000 Desktop Holder, for mounting the various components in a secure and well organized fashion.
Multi-View output displays each input, as well as Program & Preview on one monitor. Other features include audio peak-meter, clock, and dual logo store. The built-in time base corrector enables users to switch between video and audio even without external genlock. Tally output and the included accessories facilitate tally light communication with crew members, and an RS-422 interface provides for remote control.
The included monitor, TLM-170H features 1600 x 900 resolution and a comprehensive set of interface options, including composite video, HD-SDI and HDMI. Built-in, stereo speakers and an on-screen audio level indication aid users in monitoring sound. Other features include PAL/NTSC Autodetect, multiple aspect ratios, image adjustments and mounting points for rack mounting.
Datavideo's DN-700 Video Recorder allows for file-based video recording, saved to a convenient, removable hard drive. The DN-700 comes with a 320GB HDD and two removable hard drive enclosures. Once you have completed your recording, simply eject the hard drive enclosure and use USB 2.0 to connect to a PC or MAC based NLE system. The USB port provides power to the unit. It's perfect for use with laptops in the field. You can work directly from the removable drive, or copy video files to your NLE's video drives.
