The ACTi ACM-3701E Megapixel IP Vandal-Proof PoE Indoor Mini Dome Camera captures clear images with the help of a Progressive Scan CMOS image sensor and a built-in 3.6mm fixed lens. Offering SXGA resolution (1280 x 1024) at 8 fps, the IP camera supports selectable MPEG-4 SP and MJPEG compressions with multiple streaming.
To monitor low-light areas, the camera offers clear image reproduction, even under conditions with minimum illumination of 0.5 lux at f/1. With the help of the auto white balance, you can adjusts the red and blue signals by taking a standard white color reference to get the most natural colors. Featuring automatic gain control, the ACM-3701E IP Mini Dome adjusts the signal strength to maintain a constant brightness level
On detecting any motion in the vicinity, the camera captures just-in-time snapshots, generates alarm triggers via e-mail, and also uploads the video or images straight to an FTP server. Moreover, the privacy masking allows you to mask a configurable region to ensure certain privacy of people under surveillance.
Power is supplied to the camera through Class 3 PoE (Power-over-Ethernet); hence the camera gets power from the network itself without any extra wiring for auxiliary power outlets. Furthermore, its vandal-proof casing ensures uninterrupted surveillance in exposed and high-risk locations.
