The D2500HN Innovation Series Desktop Board (Single Pack) from Intel is designed to optimize the performance of the Intel Atom processor D2500 and the Intel NM10 express chipset by delivering new-generation technologies, value-added features and easy integration. The D2500HN Desktop Board is suitable for innovative small form factor systems for basic computing and thin-client systems. Furthermore, it is powerful enough to enable a rich Internet experience.

The D2500HN Desktop Board features the new integrated dual-core 1.86 GHz D2500 Intel Atom processor. This processor supports Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 3600, an improved graphics core that has HD video playback capabilities compared with the previous-generation entry-level desktop PC. The board provides flexibility and upgradability with two single-channel SODIMM connectors for DDR3 1066/800 MHz memory support (4 GB* max). The use of SODIMM memory modules enables greater performance and power efficiency. The revolutionary two-chip layout continues to enable lower power consumption and saves 70% of its board layout size. This results in a board that has better heat flow with a passive thermal solution.

The D2500HN Desktop Board provides enhanced features such as 10/100/1000 Mbps integrated LAN, integrated four-channel Intel HD Audio** and support for legacy features for emerging market needs, including a PS/2 port, a serial port and a parallel port. Supporting a USB SSD keep-out zone design, this desktop board is ideal for the diskless usage model by integrating the USB SSD inside the chassis.

The D2500HN Desktop Board is a Mini-ITX form factor board. Being backwards compatible with ATX and micro-ATX, this form factor allows you to build green, energy-efficient, small form factor solutions. This board offers simple, affordable, Internet-centric computer designs in a compact 6.7 x 6.7" (17 x 17 cm) size perfect for a cool system with a small form factor chassis.

Note: *System resources & hardware require physical memory address locations that can reduce available addressable system memory. This reduces up to 1 GB or more of physical addressable memory being available to the OS & apps, depending on the system configuration & OS.
**Intel HD Audio requires a system w/ suitable Intel chipset & a motherboard with suitable codec & the required drivers installed. Sound quality depends on implementation, controller, codec, drivers & speakers.
