The KMP-100 Karaoke Microphone Processor from Marani features a microphone preamp and analog compressor designed for use in karaoke performances. The compressor has adjustable ratio, threshold, and attack and release times. The KMP-100 also features a high-pass filter that is adjustable between 50 and 175Hz to reduce low-end frequencies resulting from the proximity effect. A 20dB pad helps to tame loud sources, and the analog VU meter can display output or compression level. The KMP-100 has a single XLR input and output.
