The TiVo Premiere 4 is much more than a DVR. It connects to your cable service and replaces your cable box. Besides a cable box you get a movie box, a web box, and a music box. Record your favorite shows and discover new ones with TiVo's interface. Control live TV with pause, rewind, slow-motion and instant replay functions. Record up to 75 hours of high-definition programming with this digital video recorder. With TiVo Premiere 4 you have an entire universe of on-demand movies, TV shows, Web videos, and music at your command - all in one place, all just a few clicks away.

It will function exactly as the company's last boxes did, but add streaming Netflix, Blockbuster Demand, YouTube and Amazon Video on Demand to the mix. It will also support streaming music and Web photo galleries through Picasa, Rhapsody, Music Choice, Photobucket, and Live365, and access locally stored music and photos across a network (a monthly service fee is required to use this device). The Premiere 4 also includes a standard TiVo remote control, as well as HDMI connectivity and Dolby 5.1 audio support.
