Hama's C-Clamp & Tabletop Tripod 3 clamps onto surfaces up to 1.5" (3.8 cm) thick, and comes with a miniature ballhead with a 1/4"-20 threaded camera screw. In addition, this unique clamp also has two tripod legs that store inside the post, allowing the clamp to be converted into a tabletop tripod whenever needed.
This clamp can be used with compact point and shoot cameras in the vertical or horizontal aspect, most SLR cameras(only in the horizontal aspect) and other accessories featuring a 1/4"-20 threaded tripod socket.

The HAMA c-clamp is a great travel tripod. It's small, very strong and under a pound. I have used it clamped to street poles. car windows, table, railings and just about else that is available. I found it's only downside is the slow fine threads for the clamp. a quick release button would be a great improvement. But all in all it has done the job for years. Hama larger version that has a bigger ball and slide adjustment to the c-clamp works better but is 50% heavier and larger. The large version has worked with my contax G2 and old film nikons like a champ. I have had them both for over 15 years.
