This universal lens hood is adjustable to cover all focal lengths between 24-210mm, expandable in either two settings for 28-80mm, and three settings for 35-210mm. Made of acid-proof, temperature insensitive, matte black rubber with molded refractive light baffles. Screw-in mount with inside thread to accept filters.

One major trick every one should know is to use a rubber lens hood to reduce reflections on windows. When shooting pictures through a window place the lens hood against the window. This cuts the reflections out and you can get a great shot of the fish in the aqarium or the skyline...

This is extreemly well made. The rubber is highly resilient so I don't see it taking a set like my Hoya that just self destructed. The hood came with some white powder which seems familiar from innertubes for tires. The rubber smell is there also. The residue washed off and the smell is gone after a couple of days out of its plastic shipping box. It holds a lens cap just fine.
