- With DroboCare, if your product turns out to be defective, Drobo sends you a replacement right away, so you'll receive it in a few days. However, with the standard warranty, Drobo can ship you a replacement only after they receive your unit.

- With DroboCare, you can avail phone and web support for your technical issues during local business hours. With the standard warranty, technical support is provided for 90 days from the date of purchase.
