Rosco's chroma key green paint is the best on the market and it can not be duplicated. Photographers and filmmakers have been trying to figure out ways to cut the cost of this high quality paint and they can't. Color matches are never right because there is always several ingredients that can't be identified. One coat process and max. 30 minute drying time and you are working. And with your software of choice keying out the chroma green is quick and easy when you light it correctly. You get what you pay for.

I painted an entire green screen studio with this paint and had absolutely no problems with it. Since the walls were dark gray before, I first painted with an green-tinted primer, and then applied the rosco chroma key green paint, and am very happy with the result. The green is very even, and keys out in post without any issues.

Needs no priming, no sanding. Used straight onto a white wall with two coats needed. Dried very fast. Pulls a decent key with nothing but office overhead fluorescent lighting believe it or not. I'm sure it has a pretty high VOC content if you were hoping for it to be "green". Pun intended. Yes, it's pricey but it's also premium.

Purchased this paint to use on a wall where we previously hung a chroma cloth. The paint rolled well and we were able to cover a 12x9 area with two coats from 1 gallon. Color is very consistent and helps us to obtain a clean key. Flat paint limits lighting reflections/glare, but reflects the color well back to the camera.
