The Apantac LE-16SD Sixteen Input Auto-Detect SD-SDI / CV Multiviewer outputs up to 16 video sources to up to four displays or to a 16-screen video wall in various split-screen configurations. 16 BNC inputs auto-detect between SD-SDI and Composite sources, and four CAT5 outputs can carry either DVI or HDMI via optional adapters. Although the inputs are SD, they can be scaled to up to 2048 x 1080 for output.
A built-in CATx extender can carry a signal 35 ft or up to 115 ft with an optional active receiver. Skin Technology enables customizing borders, labels, fonts, tally LEDs, clock faces, logos, UMD, OMD, IMD, and dynamic UMD. Serial control is by RS-232 on an RJ45 jack via an included RJ45 to DB9 adapter. Audio is available in AES, analog stereo, and SDI-embedded streams. Control is by front panel buttons for quick preset recalls, by an included software, GPIs or Apantac's ASCII Protocol. The device is 1 RU rack-mountable and comes with a rack mount kit among several cables.
