The Digital Watchdog DWC-V4363TIR Snapit Vandal Dome Camera with 3.3 to 12mm Varifocal Lens is powered by the Star-Light technology, which offers low light imaging for almost any application. Along with Smart DNR, the Star-Light technology offers a slow shutter feature that increases the length of the time for which the shutter remains open in order to collect additional ambient light, thus illuminating typically dark environments. Its simple-to-install Snapit housing, combined with the reliable camera technology, allows you to install this high-quality camera in just a few minutes. The Snapit housing includes built-in UTP and RS-485 cables. It also has a built-in junction box, and is IP68 certified. The camera can be submersed in water, and it will still work properly.
- Electronic day and night camera features a 1/3" CCD sensor and a 3.3 to 12mm varifocal auto-iris lens for capturing images at a resolution of 620 TVL in B&W mode and 600 TVL in color mode
- Smart DNR (Digital Noise Reduction) produces less noise and more color at night without image lagging
- With the advanced light compensation technology DRC (Dynamic Range Compressor), dark spots particularly in images become more visible without overexposing the bright spots to create one perfect image
- Star-Light (Super Low Light Technology) offers a slow shutter feature that increases the length of the time for which the shutter remains open to collect additional light for illuminating typically dark environments
- HME (Highlight Masking Exposure) masks overly exposed light areas to produce a true video image of any environment
- Eight Programmable Privacy Zones & Motion Detection: When privacy is a concern, monitoring can be masked in certain zones within the scene. The user can define up to 8 rectangular exclusions.
- AGC (Automatic Gain Control), BLC (Backlight Compensation), and AWB (Auto White Balance) functions
- Easy icon-driven OSD menu offers simple and fast programming and can be operated using the built-in joystick, which easily guides you through the programming options
- Built-in UTP & RS-485 cables
- Auto-sensing 24 VAC / 12 VDC power supply with line lock
