The Axis Communications AXIS T8123 1-Port 30 W High PoE Midspan with Angled Connector is suitable for powering network video products and eliminates the need to install power outlets and electrical cabling. This AXIS T8123 High PoE (Power over Ethernet) Midspan is compatible with the Axis PTZ & PTZ Dome Network Cameras. It allows easy installation of these cameras in areas where power cabling and outlets are unavailable. The High PoE Midspan enables the camera to receive data and power over the same Ethernet cable. It is used to power cameras that require more power, as specified by the IEEE 802.3at standard. This AXIS T8123 1-Port Midspan is designed for use with the AXIS T98A-VE series Surveillance Cabinet that has an angled connector cable, ending in a pigtail.
