The ASK-4 # 370 Audio Monitoring Kit from Louroe Electronics consists of an IF-PX POE Interface / Power Extractor and AOPSP-CF Ceiling Mount Bi-Directional Speakerphone.
The IF-PX POE Interface / Power Extractor is a single-zone POE in-line interface designed to extract power from an Ethernet connection to power Louroe microphones, speaker / microphones, and external devices that require a 12VDC supply such as encoders and non PoE IP cameras. Terminal blocks are employed to receive signal wiring from a Louroe Verifact Microphone or the AOP-SP Speaker / Microphone. Two 3.5mm stereo male to male audio cables are included to connect this unit to an IP camera or encoder. Outputs for both PoE (power+data) and non-PoE (data only) cameras and encoders are included.
The AOP-SP-CF Ceiling Mount Bi-Directional Speakerphone is designed to interface with various modes of audio / video transmission systems. It provides bi-directional audio with the receiving source (DVR, PC soundcard, IP network cameras and video servers with audio, etc.). It features a built-in electret condenser microphone and a 4” (10.16cm) speaker along with a control potentiometer for adjusting the sensitivity of both transmitted and received audio. It is suitable for flush mounting to the ceiling.
Note! Wiring Requirements: 3-conductor wire consisting of 2 conductors shielded, 20 gauge (with 22 gauge drain) and 1 conductor unshielded, (20 gauge) all in the same jacket.
When this equipment is used as part of an audio monitoring system, the law requires that the public be given notice of AUDIO MONITORING ON THE PREMISES. A decal notice is included with each microphone shipped.
