Wirelessly Streaming

The SC-HC58 works with the Panasonic Music Streaming App. This app gives you more control over the system. The SC-HC58 also supports streaming technology including DLNA, AirPlay and Bluetooth, so you have multiple options when choosing how you want to access, stream and play music from your smartphone, tablet or other streaming audio player. DLNA streaming requires Windows 7 or above (playability may depend on PC performance).

Bluetooth Wireless Technology

The SC-HC58 can stream music from any Bluetooth-compatible digital audio device. It makes sharing and enjoying music easier, since you can stream something stored on a friend or family member's device as well.

Bluetooth Re-Master

The SC-HC58 automatically compensates for lost audio signals during Bluetooth wireless transmission. This means you'll always get high-quality music and you'll never have to worry about lost or muffled signals ruining your sound.

AirPlay Wireless Streaming

The SC-HC58 is fully compatible with iTunes, so you can wirelessly stream music from your PC or iPhone via a wireless LAN network using AirPlay. Plus, since AirPlay transmits audio uncompressed, you will always get the fullest sound without any degradation - from anywhere in your home. This function requires a wireless LAN environment and the SC-HC58 must join the same network as the compatible device.

Nanosized Bamboo Cone Speaker

The SC-HC58 is equipped with a compact bamboo cone speaker that provides better sonic clarity while minimizing distortion. The fine bamboo fibers produce cleaner and clearer sound than in previous Panasonic models.

Pure Direct Sound System

When sound waves bounce off surrounding surfaces, the scattering waves often cause music to sound noisy and distorted. The SC-HC58 features noise-canceling technology to eliminate this unwanted noise. Using digital signal processing, it reduces the scattering sound so your music is clean and less distorted.
