The Photographer's Daypack, Model 750, was designed for one camera with attached lens and motor drive in Tamrac's patented Lens-Bridge with Lens-Gate Divider System. Adjustable, foam-padded, compartments protect three to four lenses, a flash and accessories. The Tamrac daypacks carry your gear securely while not looking like a camera bag.

The camera compartment is quickly accessible through a double-sliding zipper that glides beneath a protective rain flap. Additional compartments and pockets provide organization and extra space. The large quick-release top flap provides complete coverage and has a zippered pocket that is perfect for maps and tickets. The thick foam padded backpack harness is contoured to disperse the weight evenly across the shoulders and back. Sternum straps prevent the shoulder straps from slipping. A Tuck-A-Way waist strap keeps the pack from bouncing and tucks away when not in use. Adjustable straps will hold a small tripod. The Model 750 is equipped with S.A.S. attachment slots (Strap Accessory System).

Constructed of fully coated PowerGrid Cordura. The camera compartment is padded in thick closed-cell foam, with a strong plastic platform beneath the foam.

Comments about Tamrac 750 Photographer's Daypack - Black:

I've been using the same back for five years now, and the bag is still good and strong. Unlike the illustration, this bag fits two camera bodies and as many as three-four lenses if you also use the top compartment. I use this bag to fit my two 5D Mark IIs, 35mm, 24-70mm, and 70-200mm among others such as first-aid medicines, book, water bottle, memory cards, batteries, transmitter, a release, and a sync cord. It also doesn't have to be laid down when taking out your gear as other brand's bags do. You just pop open the buckle, unzip and you'll see your cameras resting nicely. I'm glad Tamrac hasn't abandoned this model, and I'll also buy the same exact bag in a few years.

Comments about Tamrac 750 Photographer's Daypack - Black:

The photo compartment is small and I couldn't figure out how to configure the pads so that it would hold my 5d2 with grip with a lens attached.

From the picture, it looks like it allows you to skip the zipper and just clip the front. This would be handy when you know you'll be opening it again soon. But the zipper actually provides a lot of the structural rigidity. This kind of makes the clip on the front an extra hassle rather than a time saving alternative.

Comments about Tamrac 750 Photographer's Daypack - Black:

I now have two 750 Photographers Daypack's. I bought my first one when they first came out and now that my wife has gotten hooked on photography I bought her one.
My Canon EOS 1Ds MK III with an EF 28-300 lens attached fits just right and a spare battery, cleaning kits, filters, CF Cards etc. fit in nicely in the end and side pockets.
My wife uses a Canon EOS 5D with an EF 24-104 lens and it fits with room for her macro lens. Plus there is room in the top compartment for an additional lens in a case, because it is not padded, or a sweater or light jacket rolled up.
