The black AMT / R-600 Line Driver & Line Receiver from Louroe Electronics is designed to interface bi-directional audio with other manufacturer’s transmission systems such as fiber optic lines, wireless video transmissions, telephone wire, etc. The unit consists of a microphone line driver and a line receiver / power driver. The line driver receives signals from the remote Louroe microphone and amplifies it to 0 dB at 600Ω (balanced) for input to the transmission system being used. The line receiver / power driver matches the 600Ω balanced line and amplifies the signal to drive an 8Ω speaker with a 70V transformer to a maximum of 2W.
Note: If AMT / R-600 is part of a single zone audio monitoring system, Model AP-1TB-600 Base Station is needed at head end. If multiple zones are used in conjunction with Louroe Base Stations (ALA or DG series), a matching transformer, Model TR-2 (600-10kΩ) is required for each AMT/R-600 Line Driver / Receiver.
When this equipment is used as part of an audio monitoring system, the law requires that the public be given notice of audio monitoring on the premises. A decal notice is included with each microphone shipped.
Both a line driver and a line receiver / power driver in one housing
Level control for adjusting audio output from line driver
Line receiver level control for adjusting audio output level of Louroe base station location
