Sorenson Media Annual Support & Maintenance for Squeeze Server provides the user with access to Sorenson's Premium support including tech support by phone, email, and live chat. It also includes all upgrades and version releases for Squeeze Server during the year. Annual Support & Maintenance is separate from and not included with Sorenson Squeeze Server. Support & Maintenance is required for the first year of Squeeze Server, as it provides you with support for the initial setup, configuration, and workflow consultations with Sorenson technicians and engineers.
Premium Phone Support
The Annual Support & Maintenance for Squeeze Server includes premium phone support, in addition to the standard email and chat support. Phone support provides you with access to Sorenson techs and engineers from 8am to 5pm PDT. Without the support and maintenance package you are limited to email or chat support.
During the initial setup, Sorenson techs will work with you to make sure you are completely up and running with Squeeze Server, and your workflow is in place.
All Squeeze Server software upgrades, and version releases are included during the annual period.
Mandatory First Year
The first year of support and maintenance is required to set up Squeeze Server, after the first year it is optional. Please note that without maintenance & support, you will not receive any upgrades or version releases, and if you lapse lasts beyond a year you will have to purchase a new license of Squeeze Server and the Annual Support & Maintenance package.
