The Rodenstock 120mm f/5.6 Apo-Macro-Sironar digital Lens with Copal Shutter & Lensboard from Arca Swiss is a large format lens optimized for use with digital imaging sensors. This lens supports formats up to 72 x 96 mm due to a large 150 mm image circle. As a macro lens, it is capable of reproduction ratios from 1:5 up to 2:1 for extreme close-up photography.
It features a large working aperture of f/8-11 in order to avoid issues of diffraction from the small pixels of a digital sensor. This ties together with apochromatic correction for high quality images free of defects or aberrations. Additionally, it has an image angle from 55-24° for a wide variety of uses.
The lens includes a Copal shutter capable of speeds up to 1/500 second with bulb and timed modes. Also, it can be X-synchronized from use with a flash. The lensboard that comes with the lens allows for it to be easily mounted to a view camera.
