Having this pole mounting clamp for my Quantum Turbo 2x2 Battery is so much safer than using the cheap bungee cord I was using. The belt clip on the back of the battery slides on the outer part of the slot easily. (The picture shown makes that part look too thick for the belt clip, but it really isn't thick at all.)

This is a great invention. I use to use a string attached to the battery pack and now all I have to do is clamp this onto my stand and it's ready to go. AMAZNG!

I've had it for less then a month and the plastic knob of the threaded bolt has already broken free when I tried loosening it from the light stand. I would recommend a different product if there was one out there.

The clamp works well, and easily attaches to both of my light stands. However, I think it's a little pricey - and you might be able to find a similar style clamp at a hardware store.

Does what it was designed to do. The Turbo Battery slides into the holder and is securely fastened. The clamp has a strong and secure grip that allows it to fastened anywhere on the light stand. A must have in any photographer's gadget bag.

I used this to mount a Quantum Turbo battery pack to power a Q-Flash. It was easy to use and attach to a monopod or light stand. It made batt pack management so much easier! I highly recommend this to anyone!

This is a straightforward item. I've used straps or bungee cords before I bought this item to secure the battery to a light-stand. This is a sturdy and quick solution. I considered this a luxury item until started shooting every weekend with Quantum gear. The setup is quick and secure, with no fuss.

I bought this clamp to attach my Quantum Turbo SC battery pack to my Gitzo GT3530LS tripod. I decided to return this clamp immediately after my first time attaching it to the tripod. The knurled handle and threaded screw just protruded out way to far for my liking. I could see it getting snagged on things and just getting in the way period when in the field. This product would be good for a photographer doing studio work where you can remain somewhat stationary, but for field work this is just doesn't seem like a good option.

I use this this for every photo shoot. I use multiple Nikon SB-600s for my lighting along with Quantum's QB1C for power. This item keeps the battery pack right there on the light stand, which makes changing my lighting set-up quick and effortless. Since the battery is attached to the stand, with the Pole Mounting Clamp, I know it's secure and right where I need it to be.

I bought this to secure the 10 lb Quantum Turbo battery to my monopod for nighttime flash shooting at sporting events. My first use with it ended up almost being my last as if you tighten it too much the knob to tighten it ends up unscrewing itself and nearly dented my Manfretto monopod. I had to use visegrips to release it from my monopod so I am surprised how easy it was to be overtightened as the instructions were not included for it (even though you would not have expected what happened to me).

I have two Quantum SC batteries that I use with two flashes with umbrellas on stands. Without this clamp the batteries are a nuisance but with the clamps the are where I can see them and are easy to access.

I am a wedding photographer who is constintaly carring around lighting. I use the Quantum T5D's and this clamp holds my battery to the stand's. I have purchased 6 of them. I have one on every stand that I use so I can switch my Quantum's and not have to worry about switching the clamps. I had looked at other brackets and nothing compared to this one.
