Share

M-Audio announced the release of the new Code Series keyboards, available in three sizes; 25, 49, and 61 keys. The family of Code Series controllers features a smooth-feeling, semi-weighted keybed with after-touch, 16 velocity-sensitive pads with LED feedback, and a touch pad for X/Y axis control. Other features include assignable pitch and mod wheels, knobs, faders, buttons (with macro ASCII support), and transport control with Mackie Control and HUI emulation modes. The Code Series is USB powered for portability and ease of use and offers a six-digit LED screen. A five-pin MIDI input and output allow for the connection and control of outboard MIDI gear. The keyboards offer four assignable splits, with expression and sustain pedal inputs. In addition, the Code Series ships with a comprehensive software package including Ableton Live Lite and AIR Music Technology’s Loom and Hybrid 3 synthesizers.
