Shipping

Shipping Fees
  • Shipping fees are based on the destination, size and weight of your item(s) and include a small fee for insuring the full value of your item(s) against possible theft or damage while in transit.
  • You can calculate your estimated standard shipping fee for any product by clicking on the 'Calculate Shipping' link on our product list and product detail pages. If you’re logged in and have previously placed an order with us, your zip code will be saved. If you are not logged in, just enter your zip code or country to get a shipping cost estimate. (You will have the option to upgrade your shipping to a different service during the checkout process.) The shipping calculator is available in the Shopping Cart as well so that you can calculate the standard shipping costs for your full order before you begin checking out. If you select a different shipping method during checkout your actual shipping cost may be higher.
  • Select products qualify for free UPS Ground shipping in the Continental US, and for free shipping via US Mail to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipping Options

We work with multiple carriers to offer you different shipping options. UPS is our preferred carrier, but you may also choose FedEx or US Mail. Expedited shipping options are also available for rush deliveries.

Super Saver

  • Shipped Via UPS Mail Innovations
  • UPS Mail Innovations works with the U.S. Postal Service. UPS provides the pick-up, processing, and interim transportation of parcel/package. Final delivery will be made by the U.S. Postal Service.
  • Available in the contiguous United States only (excluding APO/FPO/DPO addresses)
  • Tracking number is provided by UPS Mail Innovations (can be tracked here)
  • Tracking available 24-48 hours after the package has been shipped
  • Delivery confirmation only (no detailed transit status)
  • Delivery to P.O. Boxes
  • Signature is not required

UPS

  • Guaranteed delivery time.
  • A signature may be required upon delivery (at the discretion of the UPS delivery driver and depending on your location). Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up from UPS.
  • If you have a UPS account you can enter your account number on our Shipping Method page during Checkout and you will not be charged any shipping fees by B&H. Account numbers will be verified with UPS. (Only available in the U.S.)

FedEx

  • A signature may be required upon delivery (depending on your location and at the discretion of the FedEx delivery driver). Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up from FedEx.
  • If you have a FedEx account you can enter your account number on our Shipping Method page during Checkout and you will not be charged any shipping fees by B&H. (Only available in the U.S.)

US Postal Service

  • USPS can ship packages to PO Boxes. A signature is not required upon delivery. Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up. Delivery times vary by destination, and is not guaranteed. Tracking of packages have some limitations.

Truck/Air Freight (US only)

  • Overweight and/or oversized items (example TVs) can only be shipped by common carrier.
  • Please allow 5-8 business days for delivery to the 48 contiguous states and 10-14 days for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
  • For delivery to the inside of your home or business, please call our Sales Department at (866) 239-7781 to arrange this. (Available for first floor only.)

B&H White Glove Deluxe (US only)

  • White Glove service is offered on select TVs so you can avoid the hassle and inconvenience of setting up your LCD or plasma entertainment center. Trained delivery professionals will carry your TV into any accessible room of your home, remove and dispose of the packaging, and place the TV on your table or A/V furniture. (Please be sure your furniture is assembled and ready in advance.) The White Glove folks will contact you to arrange a convenient appointment. White Glove Delivery is available across the country. This set-up service does not include installation. Additionally, some flat-panel TVs include a pedestal stand that requires assembly by the customer - the delivery crew is not responsible for this assembly.

Canadian Shipping via Purolator

  • B&H offers ground service into Canada via Purolator. To expedite the entry and customs process, B&H consolidates all Purolator shipments daily into Canada. When shipping with Purolator, B&H is the Importer of Record as a Non-Residential Importer (NRI) into Canada. Duties and Taxes are therefore the responsibility of, and are paid by, B&H Photo. B&H will charge the customer a fee equivalent to the duties, tax, and other applicable cross border fees at the time of order. Once you have paid B&H Photo, your merchandise will be delivered to you without interruption.
  • All orders are imported to Canada as casual goods and are subjected to Provincial Sales Tax (PST). If you are a business or corporation or otherwise exempt from duties/tax, please contact the B&H customer service department to obtain documentation to file a claim for reimbursement.

Shipping Destinations

US Customers

We ship to:
  • Any residential address
  • Your place of business
  • APO addresses
  • US territories and possessions

We do not ship to hotels, motels, resorts, PMB, FedEx or UPS locations.

International Customers

We ship to:
  • Your home address
  • Any US address
  • We do not ship to your place of business, hotels, motels, or resorts.
  • We do not ship to Iran, Sudan, Cuba, Syria, or North Korea.
  • For shipments to Russia, the maximum order value (including shipping charges) is 5000 Roubles per shipment. For Moscow, Nizhniy Novgorod, Krasnodar, Stavropol, St. Petersburg, and Vladivostok the maximum order value (including shipping charges) is 50,000 Roubles per shipment.
  • Oversized items that don’t fit Parcel Services standards will be shipped via Air Freight Forwarder via Door-to-Airport or Door-to-Door service, depending on your location. The carrier will call you to inform you of your delivery method.
  • We reserve the right to block certain products from being shipped outside of the US, based on manufacturer restrictions.
  • P.O. Boxes can only be delivered to via the US Postal Service.
  • You can save and edit your shipping and billing address in the My Account section.

Delivery Times
  • If your order is being shipped from B&H (not drop-shipped) to a US shipping address, you will get an expected delivery date for each shipping option during checkout. These dates are based on carrier shipping practices, destination and the items you order. (Expected delivery dates are estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification or time of order being placed. Items that are not regularly stocked cannot be held to the expected delivery dates.)
  • Orders may be delivered in separate shipments.
  • Order cutoff times for all domestic orders shipping via UPS, FedEx Economy, or FedEx Priority:
    Monday - Thursday: 4:00pm EST
    Friday: 11:00am EST or 12:00pm DST
  • Domestic orders shipping via USPS, FedEx Saver, or Truck (non-rush), received before 7:00am EST will be shipped same day
  • Order cutoff times for White Glove next day delivery (domestic):
    Monday - Thursday: 2:30pm EST
    Friday: 11:00am EST or 12:30am DST
  • International orders received before 7:00am local New York time will be shipped same day.
  • Some items on our website are not regularly stocked at B&H. Availability on these items will show as Drop Ship, Accepting Orders or Special Order.
    • Drop Ship: These items will be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. These items generally take about 7-10 days to arrive to U.S. destinations.
    • Accepting Orders and Special Order: If one of the items in your order include one of these non-regularly stocked items, we will ask you during checkout to choose whether you would like us to ship your full order when all items are in stock or if you would like to a split shipment (this will not cost you more). The estimated delivery shown reflects the shipping time once B&H gets the item in stock. (International customers: If you choose to have a non-regularly stocked item priced below $500 shipped separately, it will be shipped to via USPS when it arrives at B&H.)
  • The tracking number you receive from us in an Order Status email during the daytime may not be updated on the carriers website until that evening. You may also track your order on our website (login not required).
  • B&H generally packs orders Sunday - Friday. However, orders packed by B&H on Sundays or Legal Holidays are not shipped until the following day. If you receive an email from us on a Sunday or Legal Holiday indicating that your order has shipped, please be aware that it will ship the next day.
  • Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except holidays.
  • Please note: All orders are subject to approval by our verification department. We will notify you by phone or email should your order be delayed.
