We will make you an offer based on your description of your equipment. Upon arrival, we will inspect your item(s) carefully. If you have described it/them accurately and we accept it/them, we will mail you a check within 48 hours of evaluation.
If we find that the condition of your equipment does not permit us to give you the amount we quoted, we will call or e-mail you to explain our reasons. If we do not reach an agreement, your equipment will be returned immediately at our expense, fully insured.
For audio, video, or digital equipment, we will fax, e-mail or personally give you a receipt for your items. We then require 48-72 hours for our technicians to test and evaluate them. If we accept your equipment once testing is completed, we will mail you your check. If you prefer, you may pick it up in person.
