Comments about The Joy Factory Pinpoint Precision Stylus:

This is an update to my earlier review. I have used it now for about a month. I use it solely as a stylus for my Nook HD+. The stylus doesn't always register or engage with the item I am trying to select so I end up doing it multiple times. Sometimes it takes 6 or 7 tries. The device is battery powered so I thought it would be more sensitive to touch screens. But my experience is that it is not. I purchased this since the point is much smaller than most styluses are and I thought it would help me select small items more precisely. It does do that when the connection occurs but as I stated above the connection often takes multiple retries to work. Sometimes I give up and use my finger (which seems to always work by the way).

Comments about The Joy Factory Pinpoint Precision Stylus:

I use this stylus on my Nook HD+. I chose to buy this stylus because its tip is much smaller than the tips of all the other styluses I have seen. I like it because with a smaller tip, I can select small links on the tablet's screen more precisely. The stylus is battery powered and while it does work it seems less sensitive than using my finger. Consequently I need to re-touch multiple times to get it to connect to the link. But it may just take getting used to. So time will tell.

Comments about The Joy Factory Pinpoint Precision Stylus:

I purchased this to use with my GoodNotes app on my iPad 4th gen. It continually skips when I write unless I write painstakingly slow. Thinking it was the app, I tried it in two more handwriting apps with the same results. I even cleaned the surface of the iPad, and still the same results. I spend so much time going over and correcting/completing what I wrote, I get behind with my notes. I am returning it today.

Comments about The Joy Factory Pinpoint Precision Stylus:

This thing makes an impossibly thin and accurate line on the iPad. I've been using it for handwritten notes in meetings and it's perfect.

I had hoped to use it on my MS Surface RT in One Note, but it doesn't function correctly on the RT.

Joy Factory customer service was quick to answer when I asked if there were any tips for use on the Surface. There aren't any, but I appreciated how fast they responded
