I use this monitor with a ccd video camera connected to focus my telescope. Gives great images of Galaxies and nebulae. Manual controls are a must.

Comments about Marshall Electronics V-LCD5.6PRO 5.6" Camera Mountable LCD Monitor with Power Supply:

Purchased one of these 5+ years ago and it has served us well through reasonably heavy usage. The only problem we had after the 5+ years is a loose video input port which was easy to fix. Has a decent image and has controls for brightness, contrast, and color. We don't use the built in speaker, but it has one if needed. Purchased the current one as a backup, and the design hasn't changed, so expect this one to hold up as well.

Comments about Marshall Electronics V-LCD5.6PRO 5.6" Camera Mountable LCD Monitor with Power Supply:

I bought the Marshall 5.6 LCD Monitor to mount on
the Canon XL1 video camera that we use for our
Churchs video Production. The monitor works great, easy hook up and no problems as of yet. The picture is brite and clear, the controls are easy to adjust to set the monitor the way you like it. We're on a budget, but looking foward to purchase a second monitor for our other Canon XL1 camera. I would recommend this to all videographers who are looking for a product that gives bang for the buck. this is a GREAT buy!

Can be used with Canon XL's or even Panasonic PalmCorders - versatile little screen! Unit is lightweight for on camera mount using the optional SWIVEL SHOE MOUNTS f/TFT. For full versatility though, consider obtaining the Marshall BATTERY ATTACHMENT f/LCD MONITOR - MAVBP12LCD.

I use this monitor as a feed back monitor in the studio. Its very compact and small so it fits well into the small space available. Image is nice and bright. It is certainly not HD quality but for basic monitoring it works well.
