Comments about Manfrotto More MT190A3P Aluminum Tripod:

This tripod has the right weight without being a burden for travel, and includes a hook for adding weight for stability if needed. As you would expect from Manfrotto, the tripod performs well. I have used it already for action video imaging and still photo work. I haven't yet need to use the tilt feature or extreme leg action, but I look forward to taking advantage of those features and the added height.

The extra, versatile height, as well as the horizontal capability is just perfect. I've used it many times since it was delivered two weeks ago(quickly and on time and as promised). Set up is fast. Adjustments are easy. And very very solid! Could not be happier.

Comments about Manfrotto More MT190A3P Aluminum Tripod:

I use this tripod for long exposure photography like star trails. It is sturdy yet relatively light weight. I like the ease with which the center column converts to horizontal. It is lighter than but slower to deploy than my neo-tech. The wife prefers this one because it is lighter.

Comments about Manfrotto More MT190A3P Aluminum Tripod:

This tripod is definitely built to last. Very nice to have the telescoping middle arm move to take close ups at 90 degrees. This tripod is much heavier that I was expecting, which is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. Aside from that, great product!

Comments about Manfrotto More MT190A3P Aluminum Tripod:

I've always wanted a light, strong tripod for my work at a high school Photoshop/Lightroom teacher and Yearbook advisor. The Manfrotto 190 was offered at an exceptional price and with a recommended ballhead, which I also purchased, does everything I need a tripod and ballhead to do. It's not as light as I'd hoped, but my students are young and strong so that
                    's no big problem!

If you are trying to test to see if it can hold your weight. Make sure to tighten the joint clamp tighter. Otherwise you'll have a really bad time.

The manufacturer description does an excellent job at describing features. It is tall enough to prevent back and neck strain. Well designed and I love the carrying strap. My only complaint is that the strap is extremely difficult to close. I am an amateur just getting started with photography and have had no trouble learning to use this tripod.

Comments about Manfrotto More MT190A3P Aluminum Tripod:

Solid construction. Not super-light but light enough. Love the added shoulder strap. Great for Macro as well. One thing I love about this one is that it gets really tall without sacrificing portability.

The only thing that I noticed about it is that the mounting plate has a slight bit of wobble. Almost imperceptible but it's there.

Sturdy, solid tripod. Perfect for landscape and long exposures. A bit heavy for travel. Highly recommended.

Comments about Manfrotto More MT190A3P Aluminum Tripod:

Bought this product on Black Friday at an incredible price. I own a "studio" Manfrotto 475B (3236) Digital Pro Geared Black Tripod Legs, and this 190 More 3-Section Aluminum Tripod by Manfrotto is solid just like my studio but less heavy and in a smaller frame. The 190 comes with a carrying strap which is a bonus and the tripod has a leveller

I used my Nikon D4 and Nikon D800 with 190 More 3-Section Aluminum Tripod without any concerns.

Comments about Manfrotto More MT190A3P Aluminum Tripod:

I'm an amateur, and upgraded to this from the basic sunpack2001 pan & tilt.

I really like the sturdiness and build, and even the flexibity to some extent. Over useful go low, almost to ground.

I felt its heavy, and not so happy about the middle bar - it can only do 0 or 90 degree.

I use the tripod for low light shooting and group pictures. With this one I can get low to the ground and take pictures. Very sturdy, I'm glad I bought it.
