My fire-wire cable came quickly and was the perfect length. I've been shopping at B&H for years and have never been disappointed. I always recommend B&H highly!

Nice cable, but you need to cut the edge to make it fit on a Hasselblad H4D.

          Works with the Hasselblad H4D-50MS

I got this as a replacement after the cord that came with the Hasselblad H4D-50MS wore out. It works! When I saw the product picture (specifically the detail) that shows a yellow label that says "Tether Pro" protruding from the side of the casing I was worried that it wouldn't fit in the Hasselblad jack, but the cable I received didn't have that yellow tag. It fits fine (though not as snug as I remember it being when the camera and cable were factory new - could be the camera/computer ports, not the cable) and is working great so far. I use this to tether the Hasselblad H4D-50MS camera to a MacBook Pro.

Comments about TetherPro FireWire 800 9-Pin to FireWire 800 9-Pin Cable (Black, 15'):

If you use medium format backs you'll find several firewire cables do not fit the backs due to the casing around the cable. Perviously our only options were to buy a specially cable from the few companies charge 3 to 5 times as much as a standard cable for a model that fits in these cameras or to buy a cheap cable and cut down the plastic casing to make it fit. These cost a little more than a normal cable, but they fit perfectly and I don't have to do a hack job with a knife. It fits perfectly into our Hasselblad H3D-II 39MS and H4D 50-MS medium format backs.Other than that a cable is a cable, don't expect it to work any quicker than any other FW800 cable.
