Comments about FotodioX Nikon F Pro Lens Adapter for Canon EF-Mount Cameras:

I feel really bad giving this product a bad rating because usually FotodioX makes great products on a budget, but I must.

The shiny lever that releases the lens can get stuck on the camera body, which results in being unable to remove the lens. Well you can, just needs to be forcibly twisted off which poses a risk to your camera's well being.

I guess you can just break off the lever in the first place, which will eliminate the risk entirely at the cost of not being able to lock the lens on the body. Which by the way, the locking mechanism doesn't always work.

I'd have given the product a 1-star rating if it wasn't for FotodioX' great warranty/exchange policy. I told them about the problem and they quickly helped me out and sent a couple replacements within the week. Splendid.

Just be careful when you use it. Unfortunately I can't recommend this product because of that problem.

Comments about FotodioX Nikon F Pro Lens Adapter for Canon EF-Mount Cameras:

Mounted a Nikon 80-200mm to our 7D DLSR an it fit like a glove. It attaches easily to this lens and others. Removes with little effort. A much better fitting product than the previous less expensive adapter we own.

This is the best adapter ring I used to date well built fits snug very little play. Using it to adapt my old Nikkor lens to my A7s via a Metabones adapter. Highly recommend.

Comments about FotodioX Nikon F Pro Lens Adapter for Canon EF-Mount Cameras:

I was skeptical, since I wasn't happy with a cheaper Fotodiox version of Nikon to MFT. The Fotodiox PRO is the way to go. This adapter is very solid. I've mounted my Nikon 28-70/2.8 and 80-200/2.8 to my Canon 5D MkIII and the results have been rock solid.
Put the adapter on the lens and rotate until it locks in place. It's designed to stay on the lens, not the camera body. You need to push down on the small lever to release it and twist it off the lens. There were no instructions with mine.
So far, no wobble or play.
I considered the RedrockMicro, but it attaches with small screws. Good if you want a semi-permanent solution, but I use my lenses on different cameras, some with a Nikon mount. The Fotodiox Pro adapter allows me to be more versatile.

Comments about FotodioX Nikon F Pro Lens Adapter for Canon EF-Mount Cameras:

I was sitting on all these old lenses from some film cameras. I didnt want to sell them because I thought they might come in handy and, the amount offred by Calumet wasnt even half of what I paid. Once I got the Nikon F Pro lens adepter I was able to use every lens I own on my Canon digital.
