The BTU Module from DJI adds wireless Bluetooth communication between the NAZA-M autopilot system of your Phantom Quadcopter and your mobile device. The BTU module works with the NM Assistant App for the iPhone 4s, iPhone 5, iPod touch 5, iPad mini, iPad 3, and iPad 4. The BTU module also supports the NM Assistant when it is connected to the Ground end of the 2.4G Bluetooth Datalink, sold separately. With this setup, you don't need to connect another BTU module to the flight control system itself. The BTU module also supports the iPad Ground Station app when used with the 2.4G Bluetooth Datalink.
To update the firmware of the BTU module, use the 2.4G Bluetooth Datalink and the Assistant Software v2.18. Please note that you must upgrade the firmware of the Naza-M autopilot system and 2.4G Bluetooth Datalink to the latest version before using them with the BTU module.
PLEASE NOTE: BTU Module is NOT compatible with the DJI Phantom 2 Quadcopter.
