This Rycote Softie / Pistol-Grip measures 29cm (11.41") long, fits 19-22mm (0.74 - 1") diameter microphones and conveniently provides both, a durable pistol-grip style mount and softie windscreen; eliminating noise caused by windy conditions in the field. Designed as a general solution for most shot gun microphone models, the entire mount easily mounts to a boom stand whenever boom pole operation is desired.
