This is a jointed pivot arm for the SP Systems, or any other small tabletop shooting set up. Use it to adjust your lights, reflector cards, or props. The arm has a C-Clamp for mounting it to a tabletop up to 1.5" thick. Its top has a 1/4-20 thread with lock wheel. Its top section has a locking pivot control.
